3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

• Delivery charges apply and vary based on location and product type.

• Clients must ensure clear and accessible drop-off locations.

• Bayridge Landscaping is not responsible for any damage resulting from delivery beyond the curbside or designated drop point.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns on soil, mulch, aggregates, or any bulk materials.

• If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

6. Cancellations

• Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Custom orders or specialty items are non-refundable once processed.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our website.

• Content, images, and materials on this site are property of Bayridge Landscaping and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
